Would imagine so, at least partly. He's experienced, at a peak age for a midfielder and played a good number of games in League Two last season. Wouldn't have come as cheaply as the inexperienced half of our squad.

Yes it's on the OS now..the way we are going other fans will be starting to call us Mansfield Town reserves. not that I will be worried if we do weii :scarf: :scarf: :scarf: :scarf: :scarf: :scarf: :scarf: :scarf:

Mostly importantly he has plenty of experience at this level over the past 3/4 seasons and has played under Cox before, so the manager will know his strengths/weaknesses.

Looks like a good Young replacement. Hopefully another astute signing by Cox.
