I do get poster are coming from by suggesting an extra midfielder, but, with this team it doesn't work an it's been proven. Lincoln away, 1 up front extra midfielder getting roundly stuffed by 10 men, until CH went 4-4-2 ran out comfortable winners.
Recently away at Welling played a similar formation and the team struggled, both commentators agreed our team looked far more comfortable and happy playing 4-4-2, we played 4-4-2 away at Rovers and were in complete control of that game, formations really are not the problem, it's the mentality of the players that is, and that possible is down the manager, our players can seem to motivate them selves for more than 1 game in 5.
