In the biography of Peter Cook it was stated he was the President of the Junior Supporters club in the early fifties.
I remember him on the Parkinson show in the 70s telling stories about his favourite player of all time, the great Don Mills.
I saw Don the next morning and I told him he was talked about on Parkies show, he was delighted but also said I was about the fifth person to have told him already.
