Some of us had trouble last night receiving the commentary on mobile devices, especially the Kindle. This is my conversation so far with Amazon about it.
Initial Question: Reception of BBC radio services. I tried to listen to a match commentary on BBC sport online last night:

The Kindle had a wi fi signal, and I had BBC sport app, Radio Player BBC iplayer all installed, but was sent to the App store on every attempt at connection. Could you tell me how to receive this service?

10:21 AM BST Venkat(Amazon): From home screen, swipe from top of the screen > tap on more > tap on applications > tap on installed applications > tap on appstore > tap on clear cache.
