Agree with that. I do rate Chris Fleet on commo also. The fledgling commo team of Steve Breed and Paul Mulhern shows a lot of promise and just keeps getting better. All the rest are awful.
Don't know their names. Is he the one that says: can Cameron get it in? He can. Can he get on the end of it he can't ?

Er... no mate, id rather not, I'm sat like a plum by the radio to listen to what's happening in the match, not your thoughts on football. Tit.

Has sounded "throaty" in the recent past. Not sure what finished James Alexander Gordon, but he sounded "throaty" too come the end. :-/

The 40 years JAG did the 5.00pm Saturday football results is all of my playing/watching time and some and some more some handsome. ;-)

I might have to go to more matches and see the action myself, that way Radio Devon becomes superfluous. Then again, I'll have to suffer the dry wit of Popside messers Bartlett, Jenks, Lexus Guy, FiatHarleyLover, Robbotufc . . . . . . :-/

That's the way to do it, that's commentary and not two prats yappin' away biggin' themselves up.

Radio Devon : SORT IT OUT! :@

Then there's Julian Gaunt and Dave Thomas . . . . . .
Your commentary sounds like fifa, but there's no ramble.

Not sure Guy Branston has much of a grasp on non-league football. He did say for example that Chris Hargreaves would be happy with Torquay's start as they have played two of the top teams (or words to that effect). Perhaps Welling will shock us and get to the play offs or even Southport?

His views on Torquay United in the last year could be down to the fact that he remains a little bitter at not being considered for the managers job at Plainmoor, who knows? It does seem he almost wants the club to struggle....and yet all the time he is banging on the Home Park door saying "let me back in....please"

One things for certain, listening to Guy, I get the same feeling as listening to George Galloway, always interested in what he has to say, but over half of it is naive, wrong or even (sadly) at times plain stupid

Even if I were a lad of a confused persuasion, I don't think it would be Ian Botham's shrivelled penis that would turn me. That would be like having your pick of the world's supermodels and turning them down for Susan Boyle.

Quite relieved that this is not an Ian Botham inspired title.

His commentary on the Welling game was quite critical of the defence in the second half, but a lot of posters were too. It's certainly the area that we are the weakest.
