At different levels I know, but Yeoman has an impressive goals to games percentage of 44%. Hawley has 23%, Benyon 24% and Bowman 25%.

From what I've seen (and that is most of the friendlies) Yeoman hasn't had the best of pre season game performances, thus why he doesn't have any votes. He did have a very good end to last season, but everyone was so dire a tortoise would have stood out. However, I do hope Ash has a good season.

2 votes for Benyon, 1 for Hawley. Don't ever say TUFC fans don't have a sense of humour.

Obvious choice, Bowman.

I voted for Bowman as he is likely to be our lead striker this year. I reckon he'll get somewhere in the region of 15 goals, and at present I can't see anyone else in our squad matching that.

I think Yeoman or Benyon are naturally better goal scorers, but it's hard to justify a case for either being top scorer. Ash has potential (which seems to have been the case for the last three/four seasons!) but has not shown it on a regular basis. Elliot hasn't been anywhere near form since he left us in 2011.

I reckon if Elliot starts well, a couple of goals in the first few games, then his confidence will rocket and he will be a good player for this league, and will potentially get 15+ goals. If he plays like last season, he'll be lucky to get 5.

Has to be Bowman, barring injury or alien abduction.

Almost certainly.

Even more surprising is that neither of last season' s top scorers (Chapell aside) are even an option! :O :goal:

Not impossible for it to be Hawley. He has I believe the best league goal scoring record of any player on our books. The conference has a habit of regenerating ageing forwards.
