Most retailers have payment terms of 90 days minimum. That means when you walk in the average Sainsburys or Tescos, nether company has paid yet for anything you see !

NO business can justify a labour cost to sell of 75% and the FA are keen to do something about it with new regulations and whilst there are various ways clubs will initially get around it, I am sure most league chaimen are quietly breathing a sigh of relief !

Not sure you can compare on that basis, we have no stock for instance. Delivering such a service or product is people intensive, I would expect 70-80% of budget to go on staff.

Imagine those staffing costs include managerial pay-offs? How many would be on there, just Knill or Ling and Taylor too?
