Accrington is simply a must win. Defeat is unthinkable. Burton and then Hartlepool away are winnable games.
Unlikely yes but not impossible. Three wins in the next three games and 50 points will look achievable.
You mean 'possible yes but unlikely'.. :-/

The key is at home. 6 of the next 8 games at home against mainly winnable teams. 4 wins = 12 points that would take us some way towards 50 points.

Yep, it's going down to the wire again, my only hope is, our away record win record is someway better than at home 2-5 wins, and looking at our run in, we have more of the bottom teams away, could this be the thing that keeps us up.

Football 365 has this weekend added it's infamous "run in" section to it's stats

There is always lots of arguments as to the relevance of these stats, but I always find them interesting

It's a really crude method they use, but as is often said "level 1" statistics often turn out to be the most accurate

http://stats.football365.com/dom/ENG/D3/runin.html

on current form, it looks like Torquay, Northampton, Wycombe, Cheltenham and Morecambe could all miss out on the 50 point target that is generally enough to ensure league survival
