skybet next manager odds

Post by smithy86 »

Chris Hargreaves 5/4
Paul Trollope 3/1
Guy Branston 5/1
Kevin Hill 8-1
Andy Scott 10/1
Alex Russell 12/1
Justin Edinburgh 12/1
Keith Curle 16/1
Leroy Rosenior 20/1
Martin Foyle 20/1
Paul Simpson 20/1
At those prices Leroy prob worth a tenner but there not giving anything away, as for Branno at 5/1 what a joke!!

What a poor managers list.. Especially as Andy Scott is currently Rotherham manager!

Edinburgh would be a decent choice. Done well at Rushden.

Dave Jones has been sacked at Cardiff today,,,Coincidence? ;-)

Hargreaves a clear favourite? - we really could be in the sh1t next season I fear. Love CH but unproven and (to me) his character will bring severe limitations to being the man who has to make the hard decisions.

The clouds above TQ1 are getting darker.

Sad thing about that is I honestly wouldnt be surprised if he did.

Remember he is a future Premiership/Internatinal manager in his own head.

I'll take anyone who won't sh*t on us from a great height a la Buckle. And who is also a bit good.

As others have said that is a pretty uninspiring list - it's fair to say that not many football followers outside of the westcountry will have heard of half the names there. It's packed full of names with current/previous connections to the club together with a couple of out of work Managers. As for Andy Scott - poor research on their part - given that he has now been at Rotherham for a couple of months!!!

Hopefully some more inspiring names will join that list as others "throw their hats into the ring".

I don't know.. I'm quite excited by the prospect of a new manager!
Fate: A police dog called Bryn bit Torquay player Jim McNichol and the time while he was receiving treatment was added onto the end of the second half.

Wouldn't it be good to have Mark Robins? Don't think he would move down south but I think he would be a crackin' manager for us.
