Looks like Mullin will be missing for Wrexham next week, straight red after 4 minutes today

Probably reinstated on appeal with the League paying his costs!

Any news on Wrexhams ticket sales? Assuming they'll sell out.
If we can get some form of recognised striker in, or Wright back fit, there's no reason we can't get something from this game. Expecting our missing defenders back, and after a good break for the whole squad, then who knows.

I don't think we have anything to lose in playing an open and expansive game against Wrexham. If we get thrashed so be it, play-off's appear out of reach, so let us at least make it entertaining. This season is a tough league - top 5 teams all within 3 point of being on top with another 5 fighting for play-off places. Some of the big spenders (like Wrexham/Notts) are going to be disappointed at the seasons end. I think Sutton showed us last season that success is not all about money.

Looks like Wrexham have sold out all of their seating allocation.
Hopefully we get a good turn out from our fans to make a good atmosphere to get behind the boys.

Wrexham have been busy in JAN transfer window dropping some serious coin to lure League One players to drop 2 divisions. We'll have our work cut out to get any points on Saturday.

well, yes, but they'll be without Mullen, who got sent off last week (he also missed the game at their place, again for a red card, although that was later overturned on appeal..)

This is just the sort of game we could do well in. It's basically a free hit. If we lose, it's "oh, well, it's Wrexham, they have fortunes" but if we get a result we get to lord it over them again.

interesting to me that we've yet to be beaten by the 'big moneyed 4' - Notts, Wrexham, Chesterfield, Stockport.

The only player Wrexham have signed this week is Tom O'Connor from Burton Albion.

Last month they signed Ollie Palmer from Wimbledon for £300k and Liam McAlinden from I think Halifax.

They seem to be going for experience 29/30 year olds.

It should be a great game and if we can beat Stockport we can beat Wrexham.

Lead to believe

“Sinclair Armstrong & 2 other new faces are set to be signed and ready for Wrexham on Saturday.

Gary is set to be looking at a CDM from a top level NLS side. Lapslie set to be out for a while with another setback.

On the basis that NONE of the FOUR signings you predicted back in September came about, in your only other post on this forum …. I’m not holding my breath 😉
