Yes asking a lot from a not match fit Dickson and Vincent and Buse who have very few games under their belt and a weak bench. The rest of the team could well have started anyway. so they didn't really step up. Pressure on now though to come up with 6 points from Saturday and Tuesday . Dagenham will be tough , 6 unbeaten and right up there now.

Disappointing.
We didnt really test their keeper - (who was wasting time from the moment they scored) we missed the best chance when Duku should have scored before they did and hit the post.
You could tell that the team changes didnt help - although we were better in the 2nd half, its not a game for the highlights reel.
Anyway, onwards and upwards.

We deserved at least a point from that game, Chesterfield were never really a threat, Covolan made one mistake which cost us a point. Dickson is way too slow, Duku is just piss poor, Should have scored in the first 5 minutes. Missed our main midfield yesterday ay. I hope a few are back for next week.

2 average teams, they just got a slice of luck that evaded us. Duku scores early doors and their heads go down and it's a different game. By dame measure though the lino's flag goes up, their goal is chalked off and who knows. That's the beauty / frustration of football!

Whitfield was immense, great to see a old fashioned winger in action. Kalala was more direct than I've seen for a while too and was unlucky on quite a few times, things just didn't quite come off for him

Reid didn't get much of a sniff, save for a last minute excellent goal saving tackle by their defender.

Just 'one of those games' for me. However, our set pieces were WOEFUL and have been all season in the main. Lost count of the ball not even passing the first man and has to be a area of focus on the training ground!
