Taunton1-2 Torquay

Onwards and upwards in GJ we trust for another week!!!

My heart says a win for Torquay, but for some reason my head tells me this will be a draw.

Hope my heart is right though!

As we have only kept a clean sheet in four league matches this season I will go 2=1 torquay.

Just been to the ground........if it continues raining the match will be off. Pitch inspection around mid afternoon.

What is your source? Nothing official along these lines that I can see so far...

Taunton 1 Gulls 2 for me

Taunton have financial problems, caused in part, by number of postponements already this season,so they will be desperate to get this game on.
If they do, I see us sneaking a 1-0 win.

Gutted. That's twice now that I have taken holiday and it's been postponed. Now got no holiday time left so unless it is rearranged when I'm off looks like I have bought tickets for nothing. To make matters worse the Mrs siaid cheerfully 'oh well you can take me to see Willy Wonka at the cinema '. Merry f***ing Xmas.

My source was me! As soon as I saw the pitch at 10am, it was extremely doubtful the match would be played tonight. Official inspection at 1.30pm brought the correct decision. At least we did pick up any more injuries or suspensions....unless someone has fallen down the stairs and broken a toenail!

Bad news , that gives johnson and downes a whole week to injure more of our thin squad in training.

Ok we’ll hold this thread as postponed. If you made a prediction and want to change it closer to new game. Go for it.

By the time this fixture is eventually played we will hopefully have Ash and Jarvis back and Taunton will be further weakened by their fire sale. Will certainly revise my prediction come the time.
