Just to explain as to why me and my daughter are not going on sat, (and not just a glory hunter) I have followed Utd for 42 yrs my girl 21 we come from mid East Sussex and follow home and away 4 and a half hours one way, work is very very tight so at this pivotal time in the season we just have to draw a line, we are not jumping ship as someone has basically said, just hope tq1 is full and we get the money and just as important pts, I fear that if we do drop down my away days will be gone some will be just too far away, sing away guys! Want to hear you on the rad!!
No need to explain RedGull, hats off to you for making the trip when you can

My heart says 2-2 but my mind says 1-3.
I am no longer worried about relegation to the Southern league because there is still a strong possibility we will fold and be a few leagues below that.

I saw a post from someone going to the England v Brazil game on Saturday, but I can't find it now. They said they were going to take a Torquay banner and hope it gets mentioned on commentary.
I plan to contact Channel Four and ask them to mention it on the day, can someone tell me who posted the message and where I can find it on the forum please.
Skillsy.

Brilliant, thanks. I've now found it and sent a message to Gull67. With any luck a bit of publicity may inspire someone to save our club.westbaygull wrote: ↑20 Mar 2024, 12:33 It's on the Tonbridge thread, skillsy. Page 8. I don't know how to quote it, but it's there

There you go.GULL 67 wrote: ↑17 Mar 2024, 10:47 Won't be there next week as the Boy and I are off to England v Brazil. The Boy will be taking his huge Torquay flag. Hopefully we can get it in a prominent position for the TV cameras to pick it up. It would be great if it got a mention by the commentators. You never know, some multi millionaire may be watching

Hi Skillsey, the boy and me are in Blue Zone Row 12. We'll get in early and try and get our flag in a good position. Let's hope for a Torquay and England victory.
