We need that physical presence up front from the start

No point bringing Niate on, he's no better than Cundy

And another defeat ! Didn't sound like we made any use of the 5 added minutes.

Worrying, :B

Is this a league too far for GJ at this stage of his career?
I am beginning to wonder

Observations based purely on the radio commentary, we kept them to 2 and we missed several, defence still poor and definitely unable to cope with two experienced forwards, three subs together smacks of desperation as opposed to tactical, the York commentary suggested that Keating may be a dirty player but totally unsettled the Harrogate defence, Whitfield even by their partisan commentator was outstanding. Yes we lost but we did play well in places.

I bet Yeovil can't wait to pick up 6 easy points over the festive season. This team has become an embarrassment.

Absolute c**p of course its not. How many great managers go on long after ‘retirement age’. He is ‘only’ in his 60’s.
Yes it is a bad run but we will turn it around absolutely no doubt.

Early in the season I stated we would be nearer the bottom than the top of the league and should be happy with a mid table finish.
We then went on our good run and were being touted as Play Offs or even Champions!!
We have had our worst run since I don't know when, 6 straight defeats.
Mid table now seems like the promised land as I said early on.
We must not get relegated that's for certain!!
We will be fine but please be realistic.

If I am correct this result based on current form makes us the worse team in all five divisions!
For those those historians when were last On a run this bad?

Another deflected goal - jesus you would think by the law of averages that we might score a fluke sooner or later.

Not much in it in the end - its football on ice so never an easy game, but sods law because of the run we are on we manage to lose it.

To say the team is an embarrassment is a little bit strong to be fair - the commentary was saying that we were the better side in the second half. Last week was poor but every other defeat has been by the odd goal and hasn't been helped by a number of flukes and deflections going against us.

We desperately need a bit of luck to go our way.

I guess we probably left Hall and Janneh out because of the shit surface we were playing on. Still time to turn it round.

Probably the best thing for him. I don't think GJ ever really gave him a fighting chance to establish himself. He was almost always never given a full game, brought on for minutes in a game or not even in the squad.

As a supporter I found it was difficult to assess if he was good or bad as he was only used in spurts.
