Dorking v Torquay Tuesday 21st February
The sending off definitely killed the game for us, but why we kept pumping the ball forward without any second ball outlet on that astro pitch is beyond me. We played some really good football along the ground on Saturday, so why we reverted to hoofing the ball with no hope was so frustrating to wat...

Lapslie - brilliant again
Evans - looked a threat and was a total blow when he got sent off
Jarvis - for the goal

Dorking v Torquay Tuesday 21st February
Looked knackered and unorganised from the very beginning. A complete contrast to the game on Saturday, typical non-league inconsistency. No idea why the club didn't organise an overnight stay to prepare for this game. Huge chance squandered, but when have we ever done it the easy way? Keep the faith.

Torquay v Barnet - Sat 18th February - 3pm
First game at Plainmoor for 4 years today. Living in the USA has made it difficult to attend games, especially through the COVID lockdowns. Ironically my last game was the 1-1 draw away at Barnet in 2019. Great game. If we play like that for the rest of the season we should survive. Lapslie was MOTM...

Shook hands and straight down the tunnel. I would love to be in that dressing room right now.Gloomy Gull wrote: ↑16 Mar 2021, 21:39 Was Johnson there? Didn't see anything of him at the end of the game, or was he already on the bus waiting to go home !!

Sutton scoring a penalty in the last minute is just typical.
Much needed win. I've been calling my family on FaceTime to watch the game with them...we've never won. I didn't bother today. It was clearly my fault. I will just keep up-to-date with the Twitter updates from now on .

This is the messy part of the season for non-league football. National League leaders are notorious for sliding down the table in the last third of the season. The football may never be pretty, but we have to work and grind for every point we can get.

Sorry to all of those Torquay fans who were believing for a quiet mid-table season. We are either up the top or down the bottom. I didn't think that we were going to be fighting for survival at the beginning of the season, so promotion it was and promotion it is. We have a real chance of going up th...

Sounds like we played well in the first half considering the conditions, no real threat from Wrexham. Sounding superb in this second half.
