Torquay Talk
Evening guys - sorry for the delay on this, I had to make a contributor substitution! Here is the TT match verdict from Sam Druiff on the WSM loss, very frustrating stuff against a team who are better than their league position suggests - well they are when they play us anyway... https://wp.me/p8hU...

When we know it will hammer it down why don't we use something similar to what they use at Wimbledon for the tennis? https://c8.alamy.com/comp/HXDNJF/rain-covers-on-outer-courts-wimbledon-tennis-championships-29-june-HXDNJF.jpg A number of reasons (a few of which are listed below!) 1 - a tennis cou...

Hall and Kalala Contract Extensions
I don’t think any was publicly by the club in the summer

Do you know something we don't then?
Still think he could be a massive player for us if he can remain free of injuries.

woking
I see the Woking manager (Dowson) has gone in on his team after their result at the weekend. What reaction comes from this is yet to be seen but I never think it is a good idea naming and criticising individual players publicly and usually creates a divide amongst the group. Local paper remarks - ht...

Good news although this leaves it open for them to carry on using Plainmoor if they feel like it. There is no definiti...

Truro City end groundshare
I was told on Monday that a lot of the Truro players signed on the pretext that they were going to be playing at Torquay - notably players from this and surrounding areas. I understand their contracts include this. This has been raised before - notably with Masters himself who labelled the suggesti...

Complete twaddle same as Brucie. Unless they have changed the way they do tickets, every ticket has a seat number on it . Seat C73 is between seat C72 and C74 not hard to work out. The only problem is stewards telling people 'sit where you want'. This is not surprising...

Seating issues
It is not rocket science. If the club want to offer a pre-booking of seats policy then mark the seats which have already been allocated so that they remain empty for those that have reserved them. If they cannot provide this because of lack of resources then do not offer this as an option. Detailed ...

NEW assistant manager...Aaron Downes
A real positive for me. A leader when he was here on the pitch and a top bloke too. He will only further enhance the positive feeling in amongst the squad which Johnson has so quickly established from the gloom left by Owers. It also fills you with a greater hope that Johnson is planning a long term...
