Re: Accrington game
Seems like a poor half. Changes need to be made, but where? Kee for Stevens and go 2 up front? O'kane or Macklin for Carlisle? Or hold fire and go 3-4-3 later on if we have too?

Re: Accrington game
Basing my views purely on the bbc text commentary, looks like Stanley are having rather a lot of the play............... :?

Re: Accrington game
Hmmm, not too sure about the team. Stevens was poor last week - he's always generally been weaker away from home but I thought he looked like he had been "found out" at this level. I would have gone with Kee up front (ex players always score against their former clubs!) and put Zebs out wi...

Re: Accrington game
Injury, surely? Unless there has been some transfer activity we hadn't heard about.tktufc91 wrote:Gritts in for Benyon, Benyon not even on the bench today.
So is it Gritton up front with Zebs then, or has Kee been called in?

Re: Danny Senda?
It seems that we are "having a closer look" at Danny Senda which hopefully means an extended trial - at least he has lasted a bit longer than Bas Savage! Hopefully he may get another run out in the reserves friendly against FGR at Plainmoor on Tuesday? I really hope for the players sake t...

Re: Exeter reserve game
Its 2 wins isn't it? We've only played Swansea and City. So we're joint top at least!Benno wrote:Was 4-2 apparently. Not 4-3
We were 4-0 up but, oh well..
I make that 2 wins and a draw, not bad! Are we top of the reserve league?

Re: Danny Senda?
I actually said something similar in the summer. Danny Senda was quality at this level (and that above) for a few years. Had rotten luck with injuries, but if he is back to full fitness then he could end up being a shrewd signing. For one thing, as alluded too above he would add the possibility of u...

Re: Southend - Torquay
Bit of a shame yesterday, but I think we can all accept that we've had a great run and it was going to end one way or another. I can see the benefits of it being over, as now we go back to being "just another team" rather than having any sort of record. We were pretty awful to start off, b...
