Re: Ready for criticism
Christ on a bike, theres no need to be so aggro about it Ferrarilover, if they do 'bugger all' for your matchday experience then why so eager to put the smack down on this lot for trying? I think its clear that most people think the atmosphere is better when the singers are in the middle of the pop....

Re: New home shirt
G by a mile. It actually looks like something you would want to wear, rather than a selection of random blue squiggles on some yellow. There's no reason for any of the other designs, its like saying 'this year we've gone for a blue spiral instead of the blue fade, roll up kids.' Yellow and white str...

It's not as if, once under a new contract, we won't just sell him to the first decent bidders anyway..

Re: Rene
If Rene works very hard then I think he could make it in the championship. He has all the right strikers attributes apart from pace. He bullies defenders, holds the ball up well, distributes the ball neatly and cleverly and is composed in front of goal. This is rare for league two players, who gener...

Re: Ready for criticism
Good luck to you, sounds like a great idea. Don't listen to the haters, our fan base may be full of old codgers but there are plenty of us who want a better atmosphere but aren't necessarily bold enough to take the first step. Few requests. 1. Can you come up with fresh tunes. The majority of chants...

Re: Rene
I dont understand. First we all clamour for two strikers and then when it happens, the involvement of Jarvis and Yeoman means that Rene is being frozen out? Rene is playing his best football here and he looks fit and driven. Fans of other clubs say this hasn't always been the case. If he doesn't wan...

Opinions and stats must never be confused with facts.
Anyway, cant go wrong with a big man little man combo - fact.

Re: Lack of goals
Is it the system or the players? Well it's both (or neither). We don't have the outside forwards to play 4-3-3, we either need to bring in new players to play the current system, or find a new system to best suit the current players. Largely agree with this. With 3 up front you need 1 to hug the to...

Re: Billy Bodin
When attacking players are out of form its easy to say that they are being lazy. I agree that Bodin has not played as well as we would have hoped but lets not accuse him of not trying. I have seen him twice, at Wycombe and WImbledon and I thought he was good in patches, but I didn't see any evidence...

Re: Ricey or Pokey
There really shouldn't be any discussion. Poke is a lot better than Rice, not flawless but better. Let's face it we were spoiled last season with Olenjik, so perhaps we are too harsh on Poke.

Re: Stewards in the Bench - giving us a bad rep?
ferrarilover no offence but your talking out your arse. Equally, it's both a civil and criminal offence to record the action, either in motion picture and/or still images. Its certainly not a criminal offence. The only 'extra' criminal offenses that can be committed in a football stadium are alcocho...

Re: Stewards in the Bench - giving us a bad rep?
f*ck that Sexy Gulls, if i was a steward and someone ran past me my instinct would be, 'he's going down and ain't no one gonna stop me!' and it would just be an impulse to chase after them hence why i am not a steward, never will be a steward and never could be a steward! Oh sure you can stop...

Re: Stewards in the Bench - giving us a bad rep?
( as happened in our last home game last season v Crewe when some nursery kids ran onto the pitch minus the pushchairs and they stood there like the f*cking terracotta army but in high vis yellow obviously and didn't bat an eyelid!! ) Your not meant to chase pitch invaders. Firstly as it leaves a g...

Re: Stewards in the Bench - giving us a bad rep?
I work as a steward myself for a premier league club and What you probably have here is a case of jobsworth-itus. With regards to photos and videos, yes someone else has paid for the rights so you're not allowed to do it. However the majority of us won't be taking pictures or videos with professiona...
