Why no ball retrievers?
Perhaps they are looking for Gary Johnsons balls. If he had any he would have resigned 2 years ago.

GARY JOHNSON
It was almost 2 years ago now, one Saturday afternoon in October 2021 when I witnessed the worst Torquay United performance that i have ever seen. We played Bromley away and lost 2-0. It wasn't the defeat that angered me, no it was the manner of the defeat that made me decide that I would never watc...

Torquay Utd v Worthing 12/8/2023 15:00
Mrs Dawlish reckons another 2-2 draw. Her tea leaves say we will take an early lead and at half time the score will be 1-1. Worthing will then score midway through the second half before Torquay equalise in stoppage time. Me, well I'm going for a 3-1 win for the Gulls.

Uncle Clarke part 812
Not quite correct I'm afraid..... Osborne called in his debt for money owed and the club was his. There were other interested parties before that happened, but for whatever reason, they wern't given the time of day. I cant be ars*d to go through all the details again... Troll back in the threads if...

Two year deal SG?. Johnson should be serving 2 years in Dartmoor prison for fraud for impersonating a football manager!!!!!!Southampton Gull wrote: ↑25 Apr 2023, 11:44 No moaning from me. I've always liked him too. I hope he gets a new 2 year deal to get us back up and have another crack, he was close before.

Uncle Clarke part 812
I'm sure you know that SG & Myself have and always will support the team through thick and thin. The problem you still can't seem to grasp after all this time that we - and many others - don't trust Osbornes intentions. I mean, its not like he's forever talking about the club FFS. One statement...

Uncle Clarke part 812
You're barking if you think I'd ever support Osborne. Time will prove his true intentions but he's not ever going to be a fan is he and that tells me all I need to know. Bristol Rovers, Poole Swindon and Reading Speedway and now he's supposedly a messiah for us? I'll support my club no matter what ...

Uncle Clarke part 812
Never in doubt, it was obvious that we would remain full time next season. I think that it's time that the likes of Southampton Gull and SNW get behind uncle Clarke and support the club on it's way back to the national league next season.

Splashed the cash? Have you seen where Gary Johnson plucked these players from? We're now in with a chance in spite of Uncle Clarke, not because he splashed anything. You did give me a chuckle though. Glad your internet is back up ;) SG you're in denial. It's like the Grand National, you back all 4...

Am I not being civil or is it that your remarks are coming back to bite your backside? Sense of humour loss perhaps? I entered my thoughts from the same time above, they show that unlike you I had faith the Manager would improve the team but realistically said it was early days. What a load of tosh...
