Mark Ellis! (Permanently??)
In the games I've seen him in, he's played well. Bit of composure at the back when previously we were all over the shop.

The fact you say he is quick...... Slowest player on the team! Plus, have you seen how many goals we have been scoring recently with Jarvis and Goodwin up front? They are both amongst the better players in our team and are in my opinion getting as a combo up front. I don't rate Andrews either, but I...

Jarvis - real handful, causes all sorts of problems for defenders Da Silva - class, looking forward to seeing him terrorise defences for us Ellis - calm and collected, looks like me hasn't aged at all! Goodwin - so composed on the ball for a young lad, lining up well with Jarvis now, but great finis...

PSF TUFC vs Plymouth Argyle 19.7.22
Argyle looked two divisions above us to be fair
I saw enough tonight to not be worried about this season. Got some decent players starting to gel.
It's tough having so many new players, but there is definitely a decent team in there. Looking forward to the season.

Latest Signing Will Goodwin on Loan from Stoke City
Had a decent enough debut. Big strong lad, put himself about and decent on the ball. Will prove to be a very good signing.

Tough one today. So many performances all over the park. 1 McKenna - quality player, destined to play at a higher level 2 Little - composed and showed real class today 3 Lewis - rock solid 4 Evans - hat trick hero 5 Hall - came on and steadied the ship, just when it felt like they were getting a hea...

Torquay United v FC Halifax Town Sat 27 Nov KO 3pm
I thought we were relatively comfortable in the first half, without looking massively threatening ourselves. We were definitely better than against Dover. Second half we never got going before they had scored their two. Slew's second was a great finish and Waters reacted first to the rebound. It too...

Clarke Osborne ( episode 912 )
Fact if the matter is that the football club is currently at the mercy of the owner. If he decides enough is enough, the club will cease to exist immediately with the amount of debt we have and are continuing to rack up.

Can't see the logic for the timing of this post from Matt, other than to be antagonistic at a time when we should be united.
Please can we lock this thread and revisit once the season is done and dusted?

29 May 2021. Who will be Top of the National League?
So happy with the result last night. It really feels like the stars have aligned this season. I'm sure we'll make it difficult for ourselves as we never do it the easy way, but we are playing so well right now. The team have worked so hard to get it back to being in our hands, we just need four more...

Back on topic, surely Uncle Clarke spending way more money than the club can afford is actually creating the scenario where he puts the club in administration at some point in the future?
Record losses = unsustainable = no club. Force the council's hand. Etc etc.
Just saying......

The end of the season.
If everyone else is playing youth teams next season, then surely that is the best chance of going up. Hold onto the best players and we walk the league.

I have it on good faith that we are going to piss this tin pot league of part time butchers, bakers and candlestick makers.
